Keeping current with the latest environmental and safety requirements is a dedicated and continuing effort. Kingston’s staff is trained, in the latest environmental risk assessment techniques, chemical specific hazardous materials safety requirements such as for lead and asbestos, as well as a myriad of other Federal, State, and Local government environmental and safety regulations.

Kingston’s staff is also trained in OSHA Hazard Communication requirements, OSHA Hazardous Chemical Safety, and EPA’s 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations course, with annual 8 hour refresher courses.

Furthermore, Kingston employees pursue additional training in their respective fields in the form of continuing education courses, or graduate level courses. Kingston also provides training to our client’s personnel as required to assure their compliance with EPA and OSHA training requirements.
